Cupcake’s 7-Minute Frosting

Egg Whites 7oz
Sugar 3 cups
Cream of Tartar 1 tsp
Water 2/3 cup
Corn Syrup ¼ cup
Vanilla 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp

In a sauce pan, combine the sugar, cream of tartar, water, corn syrup and salt. Turn head on high. In the mixer whip the egg whites to soft peaks. When the sugar mixture comes to a full rolling boil, pour it into the mixer while it remains on high. Let whip for 5-7 minutes or until the frosting becomes thick.
